Tracking your order
Our aim is 100% satisfaction and we will achieve this by getting your order compiled, dispatched and delivered as quickly as we can.
A member of our Customer Services Team will email (or telephone
if required) at the point when your order is dispatched; this is
can be within two to three working days of receipt but more usually
within one day. Before that time, please feel free to contact us if
you want to be updated on your order progress.
By registering with our online shop and giving us a few brief details
about yourself, you will be able to log on at any time into our
unique Customer Management Area where details of your order’s
progress can be tracked. Please note however that unlike many UK
supplement shops, we do not insist you register or log-in with
us to use our services
Our standard FREE delivery service uses Royal Mail Second Class and can take
up to five working days to reach you. We strongly suggest that you use this service
only if your order is not urgent. We dispatch all UK paid deliveries by either
First Class Mail, Recorded or Next Day Special Delivery and therefore delivery
from dispatch from us may vary depending on the tariff you choose and the speed
and efficiency of the local postal service in your area. Again, our Customer
Service Team will be able to update you should a parcel be taking longer than
normal once in the mail network.

you place the order if the goods are in stock or due in stock
within the following five working days. If any of the products
you have ordered are out of stock for longer than this, we will
gain a 'pre-authorisation' from your card issuer. This is an
