Dispatched to you when we say it will be and offering you the best value for money on all the practitioner recommended, premium quality nutritional supplement brands...and if that weren't enough, we aim to save you money too!

Also, our Customer Services Team are available between the hours of 09.30am and 17.30 GMT Monday to Friday for all your order queries (we have an answering service outside of these hours but will endeavour to return your call promptly). Between April and September inclusive, we are also open on Saturdays until 13.00 GMT

Tracking your order
Our aim is 100% satisfaction and we will achieve this by getting your order compiled, dispatched and delivered as quickly as we can.

A member of our Customer Services Team will email (or telephone if required) at the point when your order is dispatched; this is can be within two to three working days of receipt but more usually within one day. Before that time, please feel free to contact us
if you want to be updated on your order progress.

By registering with our online shop and giving us a few brief details about yourself, you will be able to log on at any time into our unique Customer Management Area where details of your order’s progress can be tracked. Please note however that unlike many UK supplement shops, we do not insist you register or log-in with us to use our services

Our standard FREE delivery service uses Royal Mail Second Class and can take up to five working days to reach you. We strongly suggest that you use this service only if your order is not urgent. We dispatch all UK paid deliveries by either First Class Mail, Recorded or Next Day Special Delivery and therefore delivery from dispatch from us may vary depending on the tariff you choose and the speed and efficiency of the local postal service in your area. Again, our Customer Service Team will be able to update you should a parcel be taking longer than normal once in the mail network.

For your increased security, we now use Verified by Visa 3D Secure to further enhance the security of our online partners Secure Hosting and online approved payment provider Universal Payment Gateway (UPG). We currently accept payment for your goods by the following cards -

We also offer customers who wish not to disclose their payment card details online, an online order form which can be printed out, filled in with the order details and payment methodor cheque (UK Banks only) and posted to us in the normal way.

Great care has been taken to ensure that all of our featured products have been developed, inspected and produced without tests on animals, and that packaging is minimal and/or recyclable. Please check upon delivery BEFORE OPENING to ensure that the product is as you ordered and in the quantity specified

We also guarantee that your chosen method of payment will only be charged at the time you place the order if the goods are in stock or due in stock within the following five working days. If any of the products you have ordered are out of stock for longer than this, we will gain a 'pre-authorisation' from your card issuer. This is an allocation of the funds to your order from your payment card but it will not be debited from your card until we actually dispatch the completed order

We Guarantee a full refund in the unlikely event of a product being faulty and will send a postage paid envelope for its return. When we receive it we will credit your chosen method of payment

We Guarantee that we do not share / rent / lease or loan information about our customers or their purchases with any other companies. We do not offer a mailing list service from the data we collect in the course of our day-to-day online business. We only send an e-mail as a result of an enquiry that you make requesting information, or when you place an order - to tell you that we are taking care of it or that it is to be delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee non-allergic reactions to our products, as even the most natural ingredients can cause a reaction but a very large percentage of the products in our shop are hypo-allergenic and tested accordingly.
