From February, we have changed the way our online payment system works and all card payments are now secured against your card when the order is placed. Any PriceMatch requests therefore will show as a seperate refund on your card statement and usually take between 24-48 hours to appear once the goods have shipped to you.

Our PRICEMATCH program at The Positive Health Shop is now fully up and running and ready to help keep the cost of your supplement shopping low...

Whilst other online stores are busy doing battle in the low price war, our approach is simple. We want you to enjoy the shopping experience with us and the prices are secondary to that. That's why we developed PRICEMATCH and it will be available for all our customers new and existing and will enable you to get the absolute best price for the premium quality supplements you need.

This is how it works.

Firstly, feel free to shop around other UK sites for the supplements you need - we all want to pay the lowest price for our purchases after all. When you find them, as long as they are on a UK website (and is not a one off special promotional price and flagged as such on the found website), simple come back and complete the order with us, making a note of the cheaper product/location in the comments box on the order form.

Upon verification, we will then match the lower price when the order is presented for processing and the difference will be deducted from your order before charging the goods to your credit/debit card.

IT'S THAT SIMPLE BUT...
There are just a few restrictions as you might expect with an offer this good:

1. The lower price item must be priced in £ (GBP) Sterling and be available from a UK based webshop and will need to be verified by us before the discount is agreed.
2. We would politely ask that you inform us of the competitor price to be matched at the time of your order with us either by using the link on the brands page of our website or in the comments box at the checkout. We reserve the right to refuse to match prices if this is not adhered to.
3. We are unable to match ultra-low promotional or one-off prices often used by some sites as a way to clear old or near-date goods.
4. We will only match Brand for Brand / Like for Like.
5. Due to recent changes in the way some of our manufacturers price their products, we regret that as of December 1st 2007 we will no longer be able to offer any Solgar products within our PriceMatch scheme. We sincerely apologise for this.

Finally, we very much regret that PRICEMATCH cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount or promoted product on our site. Nor can we PriceMatch individual unit prices for products for which extra discounts are then gained using our Multi+Buys scheme. (Sorry, under normal circumstances our generosity knows no bounds but in the current economic climate we have to be sensible about our discounts overall)
