Ordering from our site is simple and fast
Using the category menus to the right or left or by using the search facility, browse for the products you need. You can search by product code if known, product/brand name or key word and the results will appear quickly in the centre section of the page. Multiple brands can be filtered still further to narrow down the search so you get exactly the product you are looking for.
At this point, general product information is available - price, size etc and clicking a specific product of your choice will expand the information on it, providing in depth information about formulation, application, ingredients and any cautions or medical contra-indications applicable to it.
If you wish to purchase, simply click the purchase button
and the item will automatically be added to your shopping basket.
The items in your basket can be viewed at any time and amended
or deleted by clicking on the 'your basket' link in the top
right of every page. The basket runs in the background and
monitors your purchases as you add to it. When you are ready,
review your collective purchase and click the checkout link
to make payment and start the delivery process.
Prior to checkout, you will be offered the chance to register
your details with us to make future ordering quick and easy.
You are under no obligation to do this but if you choose to
become a member with us, which is a totally free service, you
will receive priority member benefits from that point on. You
will be asked for a unique log-in password and username which
will only be known to you.
From this point your billing and delivery details are taken
and you will then be transferred to our secure area where payment

confirmation of your order which finalises our commitment to
you at this initial stage

From March 2009 we are increasing customer choice for online payment methods
by the addition of Google Checkout. This is a fully integrated
service and carries with it the integrity and security of Google - the worlds

How we handle the dispatch of your order
Once you have paid for your order our aim is to dispatch it
within two to three working days but in most cases we actually
ship next day from our large stock of over 5000 products.
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will
advise you within twenty four hours by email or telephone
you if a product is going to be unavailable for more than
five working days (occasionally, products go out of stock
at manufacturer over which we have little or no control)
and offer alternative suggestions if appropriate.
We offer a range of postage tariffs from FREE UK 2nd Class Mail to guaranteed Courier Delivery, (click here for details on our delivery methods) plus a range of International tariffs for deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world.
Once the goods have been allocated to your order we send you
an email informing you of the time-scale for dispatch of your
order and the goods are sent to you by your chosen delivery
method.
