We are now running a FREE bi-monthly book giveaway to all customers shopping with us and reaching a collected points total (at the achieved levels as set out below). The points you receive with your order vary depending on your spend level with us and also on the supplement brands you choose and, if you are a regular customer, you will find your current points levels on your most recent order confirmation from us near the invoice total.
We anticipate that the books will be the most relevant available and will be selected from the work of top nutritional authors like Patrick Holford. Suzanna Olivier. Dr Marilyn Glenville, Erica White, Dr Leon Chaitow, Barbara Cousins as well as many others.
How the points can be collected
The points have been available with all orders since the launch our new Web-Shop in May 2003 and customers who have already amassed points will be able to use them towards the book gift. After the free gift has been redeemed, the points total will be adjusted or zeroed and you will be free to start collecting towards the next selection. (Or simply build up your points to gain free books at the higher points levels)

How to claim your free books
To claim the book of your choice, simply click on it and automatically send us an email containing your book choice confirmation, your name, customer number (if known) and current points total (taken from your most recent invoice from us).
We will then process your request and send the book out to you as quickly as possible (stock permitting). It is our intention to update the selection bi-monthly and so if you don't find a title which you would like, check back later for an updated selection.
Terms and Conditions for this promotional scheme
The points relating to this promotional scheme have no monetary value whatsoever and can only be redeemed against the books within the scheme as laid out in the programme text above. Once a book is taken off this programme, it is no longer available as a free offer.
Once a book has been claimed, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your points total. Any points remaining can be used towards the next free book offer.
Books come in and out of print and although we will endeavour to choose the most available titles, occasionally books will e unavailable. We are not able to offer alternatives in this situation outside of the promotional offer books as stated above although we are happy to 'backorder' your choice and dispatch it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Customers redeeming more than one book at a time will be charged a postage fee based on weight. We will advise you of this by email and await your acceptance before dispatch of the free books
The Positive Health Shop (Positive Nutrition Limited) reserve the right to amend, replace or remove this scheme without notice and all points collected can at that point be redeemed from current books offers or given up with nil value
