Positive Nutrition was one of the first UK e-tailers to be approved to sell the BioCare brand online, outside of the normal 'clinical' environment in the UK. Our Nutritionists and product advisors keep fully up to date on all aspects of the range and it's usages and we use it extensively in our clinic. It is our number one selling brand on and offline. We have always had the utmost respect for this excellent brand and over the years BioCare have built itself up to be the strong UK company that it is today, producing a premium range of supplements for discerning, health conscious supplement users worldwide.

But in the last twelve months a large amount of internet companies have sprung up and started to sell the brand online offering huge discounts alongside other approved BioCare e-tailers. This has created instability in the pricing of the range overall and an unacceptable level of discounting of the products. BioCare quite rightly feel that this will have a long-term negative effect on the image and premium nature of the brand.

To protect the status of their brand, BioCare have stepped in to legislate and control the sale of its supplements via the internet in the UK before the whole market turns into one big discount fight resulting in a potential loss of perceived product quality.

All UK re-sellers of BioCare products have been asked to revert all pricing to full UK RRP with immediate effect. So, from April 1st 2008 we will therefore be changing all our BioCare prices to UK RRP in-line with the manufacturer directive.

However during April we intend to gain approval from BioCare allowing us to keep offering BioCare products under our PriceMatch scheme so as to remain competitive and ensure our customers still get the best price possible (as we are assuming that not all sites will conform at the same speed), so there will still be keen price deals to be had but overall our aim is to follow the manufacturer instruction 100% by the end of April 2008.

We know our regular and loyal customers will fully support this move and we want everyone to understand that we will do all we can to maintain our 'second to none' stance for the foreseeable future.
