I have used this product for 3 years now on a regular basis and can honestly say, if you only every buy one Mag/cal supplement, buy this one! It is incredibly easy to use, dissolves virtually tasteless and well, just works. I use it for energy and it brings it on by the bucketload!!!! Highly recommended!!!
