I have been using Candigest and then Candigest Plus for about 3 months now... the cost stung a bit at first but I am glad I stuck with it because the results are amazing! It really works well and although I still have to watch what I eat to a certain extent, the Candida is gone... I had a little die off but nowhere near as much as I did with other attempts to zap it before. VERY highly recommended product.
