As a general caution for all multi formulas, during pregnancy Vitamin A supplementation should not exceed 2,600iu per day unless otherwise recommended by a medical practitioner. Taking this product may result in a harmless dark yellow colouration of the urine indicating that the body is using Vitamin B2 effectively.
