Cautions
Should not be taken by anyone suffering from gastric or duodenal ulcers, kidney problems or internal haemorrhoids. Not recommended in doses above 1000mg for women taking the contraceptive pill. The UK Foods Standards Agency advises that amounts of Vitamin C in excess of 1000mg may cause stomach upset in sensitive individuals
