No added: sugar, salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings. GM Free.
Cautions
The UK Foods Standards Agency advises that supplements containing the Nicotinic Acid form of B3 can cause skin flushing in sensitive individuals and it is recommended that supplements containing nicotinimide (non-flush) be substituted for them if that is found to be the case.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet a day with a meal (children over 8 years, 1 tablet every other day). A daily multivitamin is also recommended.
