An excellent, medium dosage vitamin C tablet with the added bonus of bioflavonoids for extra antioxidant support. Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered form of vitamin C which is more gentle on the stomach than ascorbic acid. Magnesium ascorbate provides a readily available source of vitamin C and bioavailable magnesium. Both vitamin C and magnesium may be useful during times of stress and for the extra pressures of everyday life and may be required for healthy immune function. This formulation also contains bilberry bioflavonoids which are potent antioxidants and help maintain blood capillary and connective tissue integrity.

Do not use if taking the contraceptive pill or where aspirin has been prescribed as a treatment for cardiovascular disease. The UK Foods Standards Agency advises that amounts of Vitamin C in excess of 1000mg may cause stomach upset in sensitive individuals
