An amazingly pure source of Omega 6 fatty acids, Flax (or linseed) oil is also naturally rich in Carotenes and Vitamin E too. This oil has a deliciously fresh and nutty taste and is perfect for dressings on cold foods. (Because of its delicate nature it should not be heated above room temperature)
