A highly concentrated source of Marine Lipid containing EPA (180mg ) and DHA (120mg ) in a natural, readily absorbed form. Fatty acids, sometimes referred to as vitamin F, are commonly divided into two types ' omega-3 and omega-6. Omega-3 fatty acids include EPA, DHA and alpha-linolenic acid, whilst omega-6 fatty acids include linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid and arachidonic acid. Omega-3 fatty acids appear mainly in oily fish and omega-6 dietary sources are vegetable seeds and polyunsaturated margarines. Several reports sug gest that by increasing our intake of fatty acids we can increase our energy levels and help maintain our immune system.
