Dosage
Stir 1 rounded teaspoonful of Alka-Clear into a glass of water. Do not take more than 3 rounded teaspoonfuls a day. Take a full glass on rising in the morning, or make up a glass and sip throug hout the day. Avoid eating within half an hour after taking Alka-Clear. To alkalise after eating a large meal, or over-indulgence, wait one hour, or one and a half hours if you have eaten meat.
